Day 54

Anne was asking about the size of the puppies. Here are two charts that will give you an idea. Remember that this is a 'generic' dog so the size won't necessarily reflect these puppies but will give you an idea about the growth rate.

I have a confession.... I think what i though were two vertibral columuns next to each other was actually a vertibal column with ribs springing fron either side. SO.... I change my number to agree with the vet.... 5 puppies... Dang.

Day 52

Hey.... We had the x-ray today! Here it is... the Vet counted 5.... but I think I count 6! What do you think? The dark blobs are just gas... LOL....

Look for the white lined circles those are the puppy heads! You can see the spines on some of them.

DAY 51

Well, We are back from the weekend of Agility Trials. Ico went with her mom and sister (aunties Corsa and Eureka stayed with Cat). They all had a great time car camping and playing in the fairgrounds at night. Grand Mom TinTin did a fabulous job! She earned 5 first places out of 6 runs! For an old lady she certainly kicked some poodle butt! We're all glad to be home though...

Over the weekend the babies started to get very active. If you place your hand gently on Ico's belly you can feel them kicking and turning. There's one particularly active one. He/She is moving around all the time. I wonder who he/she is!

Now it's time to settle in and do some serious NESTING!
